Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for items with a manufacturer defect in construction or materials.
Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Exclusions
No refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom or personalized items — no exceptions.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
How to File a Return
Complete the Return Form
Include your invoice number or order number for purchase verification.
Provide a detailed description and clear photos of the defect.
Wait for Approval
We will confirm eligibility and send you detailed return instructions.
Ship the Item Back
Once approved, ship the item to us at your expense (unless the defect is our fault).
Use a trackable shipping method to avoid delays or lost items.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and verify the defect, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Important Information
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the defect is confirmed to be our fault.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unauthorized or late returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense
